Chewton Glen, New Milton, New Forest, Hampshire
Today our lucky run of good weather ended. The Domus is an atmospheric venue but on a rainy day it is incredibly dark which poses a great challenge for us during the ceremony. It's such a shame the guests didn't get to enjoy the stunning grounds too.
We were very flattered when Sophie contacted us as she is an event co-ordinator herself and has seen many photographers over the years.
It must've been difficult choosing her and Greg's venue though. As they are both in the hotel business they had their pick of luxury hotels. They opted for the exclusive Chewton Glen in the New Forest. When we arrived here the sun did at least make a brief appearance.
The speeches were very emotional and in particular, Sophie's dad Trevor's speech had everyone in fits of laughter.
