Maunsel House has to be one of the quirkiest venues we've ever been to. Every room is adorned with owner Sir Benjamin Slade's collection of curios. The wedding party and their guests get to use the house as their own which is very trusting of him.
Alex spent her relaxing morning in one of the cottages in the grounds with the girls before heading over to The Bell Tower for her final preps. Although there was one moment when dog Alfie ate one of the fascinators but luckily it was a spare.
The first thing Crystal Palace fans Lexi and his two best men saw when they arrived at Maunsel House was a not so kind sign on the gate written by Alex's dad, a Brighton fan, Palace's biggest rivals.
The ceremony was a very emotional one. Alex and Lexi's sisters both read passages from their favourite childhood books. There wasn't a dry eye in the room!
Alex's favourite track and her choice for their first dance was "You've Got Me" from the album "Earl Thomas with Paddy Milner and the Big Sounds." Having met Paddy Milner at a wedding in 2009 we already have kind permission to use this so thank you Paddy.
