Sandbanks Hotel, Poole, Dorset
It was off to sunny but freezing Bournemouth for the wedding of Sylvia and Pete.
The day started with PE teacher Pete in his shorts and the guys braving the cold on the driving range before going back home to watch the replay of Pete beating Martin Offiah on 'Beat the Star' and winning quite a bit of money. It was obviously not the first time the lads had watched this!
The snow fell on Sylvia's arrival at the church but by the time the ceremony was over the sun had come out.
Back at Sandbanks Hotel the mixture of low winter sun and cold weather was enough to ensure that Sylvia and Pete had the whole beach to themselves.
It was a great day and a lovely end to our year.
